Assistant Manager, Parable Coffee Lab
Bel Air Church is seeking an experienced full-time Assistant Manager to drive the operational success of Parable Coffee Lab, while serving as an extension of BAC’s value of Hospitality. As part of the Campus Services Team, the Assistant Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Lab, including crafting beverages, serving customers, leading a volunteer team, managing inventory, and preparing sales reports.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is excited to build relationships within BAC and our neighboring community, and to expand the Lab’s reach to its fullest potential. Two years of related experience is required, with one year at the supervisor/assistant manager level. Specialized barista training and certification (e.g. SCAA) is a plus, but not required.

Bel Air Church is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to support the Outreach Department in responding to the needs of vulnerable women, men, children, and families in our own city and around the world. The Outreach Coordinator’s primary focus is on the details and logistics to mobilize our congregation through local and global service opportunities to meet needs directly and through our partners, while engaging volunteers to effectively steward their own resources and gifts through service.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an awareness and sensitivity to the practical and relational needs of vulnerable populations. He or she will have the capacity to be both a self-starter as well as supporter, pay close attention to coordinating multiple processes and projects at once, work with the team to determine and follow through on priorities, and embody a posture of hospitality, service, and presence.

Preschool - Substitute Teacher: 2019–2020 School Year
Under the direction of the Director or Office Manager and supports all teaching staff and school-wide operations. Must have a minimum of 12 ECE units, 3 of which must meet Infant/Toddler requirement if working in the Infant/Toddler program. Early Childhood Education is preferred, specifically in the preschool setting.
