Private Room Offered in 2bed, 2bath Apt - Glendale

Master Bedroom for Christian Male offered in 2Bed, 2bath apartment.

Move-in date June 1.

Location: On the border of Burbank and Glendale. Walking distance to beautiful Downtown Burbank, Trader Joe's, and Ralph's. 5 minute drive to Wildwood Canyon Park, which is my favorite LA hiking spot. 10 minute drive to many, if not most, of the industry offices and studios.

You get central air (!), your own bathroom and your own parking spot. The unit is a double master. Month to month lease. I prefer a roommate who intends to stay at least 6 months (12 months would be even better), though I am flexible if you are a person of integrity and are honest about your situation.

Rent is $900/month + half of electric, gas, and wifi bills ($90-140 per month per person; costs go up as the thermostat is turned cooler). Water bill and satellite TV service paid by landlord. Month to month lease. First month's rent + $750 security deposit are due up front to landlord.

The landlord and complex came recommended to me from a friend who has rented from him for years and has nothing but good things to say. New flooring and ceiling fans are being installed now, since the previous tenant was there for years. Your room comes unfurnished with a large closet. 

About me: I work as a chief lighting technician, cinematographer, and creative filmmaker with a busy schedule. I attend Pacific Crossroads Church including a community group. 

About you: A committed Christian man who wants to share a simple home in an amazing location for a good while. Lives with a purpose, and has the means to pay the rent and bills on time. Requirements: Decent credit. Landlord will ask for proof of income and/or proof of savings (last month's pay stubs or bank statements OK).
