Director of Bel Air Kids

Reporting to the Senior Director of Children and Youth, the Director of Bel Air Kids will provide leadership in the implementation of department vision in collaboration with the whole system of Bel Air Church. They will work to exceed organizational goals. They will organize, promote and implement programs and initiatives that effectively communicate to their target audience. They will produce and/or lead key communication that clearly delivers department purpose and intent. The Bel Air Kids Director will lead the ongoing development of vision and strategic planning, and will recruit, train and nurture a growing base of volunteer leaders. Bel Air Kids exists to help children follow Jesus every day and everywhere with everyone. We are building a kids ministry that will be fun, dynamic and highly intentional.

Global Outreach Coordinator

The Coordinator of Global Outreach will support the Pastor of Outreach to coordinate Global Missions: team leaders and members, team budgets and travel logistics, leader trainings, church wide communications and awareness-building, strategic development, and more.

Preschool Resource Teacher

Under the direction of the Director, supports all teaching staff and school-wide operations. Must hold an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 ECE units, 3 of which must meet Infant/Toddler requirement. Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is required.

Preschool Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Part time administrative assistant responsible for greeting parents, answering phones, handling clerical work and assisting the preschool administrative team. School office experience is a plus.
